📦 Shipping Rates

Charges are based on parcel weight, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Charges by State (Per KG):

  • Gujarat (Maruti and Anjani  Courier): ₹35

  • Gujarat (India Post / Amazon Courier): ₹35

  • Maharashtra (Tirupati Courier): ₹70

  • Maharashtra (India Post / Amazon Courier): ₹70

  • Rest of India (Tirupati Courier): ₹90

  • Rest of India (India Post / Amazon Courier): ₹90

🚚 Introducing Our New Express Delivery Service with Blue Dart Air

Pricing:

  • ₹185 per kg

  • ₹95 for 500 grams

  • Volumetric weight will be charged

Delivery Time:

  • Major cities: 1–4 days

  • Other areas: 4–7 days (depending on location & pin code)

⚠️ Important Note: Delivery time is approximate and for reference only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier company (Blue Dart Air), flight cancellations, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

⏱️ Dispatch Timing

  • Orders placed before 6 PM: Same-day dispatch

  • Orders placed after 6 PM: Next-day dispatch

🛒 How to Place Your Order

  • Place your order on our website.

  • For Air Delivery, simply message us on WhatsApp.

  • The express delivery charge will be added manually via WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the final cost before processing.

📦 Shipping Charges Update for Gujarat

  • ₹30 per kg is available only for Tirupati Courier within Gujarat.

  • If Tirupati Courier is unavailable, shipping will be ₹62 per kg via Amazon or India Post.

📅 Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders from Gujarat & Maharashtra via Tirupati Courier: Dispatched next working day if placed after 3 PM.

  • Orders via India Post & Amazon Courier: Dispatched next working day if placed after 6 PM.

  • Standard processing: 1–2 working days (custom items: 2–4 days).

  • Dispatch: Monday–Saturday (Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays).

  • Delivery: 1–8 working days (up to 15 days for North-East & J&K).

🔍 Tracking Details

  • Tracking ID will be sent via WhatsApp from 7575887044 within 2 working days after dispatch.

✔️ Order Confirmation

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Please double-check details before confirming.

⏳ Unavailable Products or Delays

  • If products are unavailable or delayed, we will inform you within 1–2 working days via WhatsApp.

🚫 Incorrect Delivery Status

If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours at:

🔄 RTO (Return) Due to Customer Mistake

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong contact details

  • Not answering courier/vendor calls

  • Being unavailable at delivery

➡️ The customer will bear RTO charges & reshipping fees.
➡️ Order cancellations will not be allowed in such cases.

🚨 Delivery Delays

We ensure timely dispatch, but delivery depends on courier services.
We are not responsible for courier delays. Your patience is appreciated.

Providing wrong pincode, incomplete address, or not responding to courier calls may delay your delivery.
